If you like to amaze your friends with something unusual or if you have friends that eat only vegan food, this recipe can be ideal for the situation. This homemade alternative of Orange Julius recipe does not contain animal products and believe me – it’s very yummy and healthy. In this recipe I used young coconut as it’s meat is perfect for smoothies and creams. The coconut is one of the greatest gifts of this planet and a very young coconut has a small amount of meat; the meat that it has is very tender, almost a gel. The coconut water is very healthy and one of the best drink to hydrate the body. It can help to get rid of toxins from the body and possesses anti-fungal and anti-microbial properties. Once I realized the benefits of the coconut water I began to take it every day. The water was a wonderful isotonic beverage after my training session. I prefer it compared to the other sport drinks.
